【摘要】：正2017年4月13日,由中國科學(xué)院科技戰(zhàn)略咨詢研究院和騰訊研究院共同主辦的"2017′人工智能:技術(shù)、倫理與法律"研討會在北京召開。會議圍繞人機(jī)關(guān)系、機(jī)器權(quán)利、AI優(yōu)雅、AI治理等四個(gè)議題展開研討,著重解讀了當(dāng)前國內(nèi)外人工智能領(lǐng)域前沿的技術(shù)水平、倫理問題和法律現(xiàn)狀,剖析了人工智能領(lǐng)域面對的技術(shù)、倫理和法律挑戰(zhàn),探討了解決技術(shù)瓶頸、倫理困境和法
[Abstract]:On April 13, 2017, a symposium on "artificial intelligence: technology, ethics and law" was held in Beijing, sponsored by the Institute of Science and Technology Strategy Advisory and Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Tencent Research Institute. The conference focused on the four topics of man-machine relations, machine rights, AI, and AI governance, focusing on interpreting the current technological level, ethical issues and legal status quo in the field of artificial intelligence at home and abroad. This paper analyzes the challenges of technology, ethics and law in the field of artificial intelligence, and discusses how to solve the technical bottleneck, ethical dilemma and law.
