【摘要】：遠(yuǎn)程醫(yī)療的優(yōu)勢在于"遠(yuǎn)程",落腳點卻始終是"醫(yī)療"。醫(yī)療伴隨著風(fēng)險,醫(yī)療中的任何失誤都可能給患者帶來健康安全方面的危險。為了醫(yī)療的安全性,法律上為醫(yī)療行業(yè)設(shè)置了準(zhǔn)入門檻、為醫(yī)療的水平設(shè)置了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。這些限制也應(yīng)該成為遠(yuǎn)程醫(yī)療發(fā)展中不可突破的安全底線。
[Abstract]:The advantage of telemedicine lies in the distance, but it is always the medical treatment. There are risks associated with medical care, and any failure in medical care can pose health risks to patients. For the sake of medical safety, the law sets the entry threshold for the medical industry and sets the standard for the medical level. These restrictions should also become the unbreakable safety baseline in the development of telemedicine.
