【摘要】：大學(xué)生權(quán)益救濟(jì)已越來越成為社會關(guān)注的問題。文章通過對天津4所院校400名學(xué)生進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查和訪談?wù){(diào)查,在統(tǒng)計分析近2萬份數(shù)據(jù)后,總結(jié)了高校學(xué)生權(quán)益救濟(jì)制度的現(xiàn)狀以及對大學(xué)生"遵循制度"行為方式的重要影響。一方面學(xué)生的權(quán)利意識、民主參與意識不斷增強(qiáng),對學(xué)校的管理、處分決定提出了更高的要求;另一方面學(xué)校自身管理行為是否規(guī)范,申訴制度是否到位,聽證制度是否建立,也影響著學(xué)生的遵紀(jì)守規(guī)行為。因此,建立和健全學(xué)生權(quán)益救濟(jì)的校內(nèi)申訴制度,建立和健全學(xué)生權(quán)利保障的聽證制度,對增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生遵紀(jì)守規(guī)行為具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:The relief of college students' rights and interests has become a social concern. Based on a questionnaire survey and an interview survey among 400 students from 4 colleges in Tianjin, this paper analyzes nearly 20, 000 sets of data. This paper summarizes the present situation of the relief system of college students' rights and interests and its important influence on the behavior of college students. On the one hand, the students' awareness of rights and democratic participation is constantly strengthened, which puts forward higher requirements for school management and disciplinary decisions; on the other hand, whether the school itself manages behavior is standardized, whether the complaints system is in place, and whether the hearing system is established, It also affects students' compliance with rules and regulations. Therefore, it is of great significance to establish and perfect the appeal system of student rights and interests relief and the hearing system of student rights protection.
