【摘要】：網(wǎng)約車的出現(xiàn)既解決了城市交通問題,滿足了乘客出行需要,也對機動車的利用效率有了很大提升,但是帶來的社會問題、法律沖突和監(jiān)管難題也是不容忽視的。特別是隨著時間的推移,業(yè)態(tài)發(fā)生了變化,到底如何監(jiān)管變得更加復(fù)雜。網(wǎng)約車與傳統(tǒng)出租車既有區(qū)別又有聯(lián)系,建立一種連接傳統(tǒng)與現(xiàn)代的監(jiān)管模式,考驗政府的智慧與能力,也開啟互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+時代的法治政府新樣態(tài)。
[Abstract]:The appearance of the network car has not only solved the problem of urban traffic, met the passengers' travel needs, but also improved the utilization efficiency of the motor vehicles. However, the social problems brought about, the legal conflict and the supervision problems can not be ignored. Especially, as time goes on, the format has changed, and how the supervision becomes more complicated. The car and the traditional taxi model are compared with the establishment of a connection between modern and traditional supervision mode, wisdom and ability test of the government, also opened a new form of government under the rule of law Internet plus time.
