【摘要】：正8月29日,第十二屆全國(guó)人民代表大會(huì)常務(wù)委員會(huì)第十六次會(huì)議通過(guò)了《全國(guó)人民代表大會(huì)常務(wù)委員會(huì)關(guān)于修改〈中華人民共和國(guó)促進(jìn)科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化法〉的決定》,并公布自2015年10月1日起施行。新修改的《中華人民共和國(guó)促進(jìn)科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化法》除修訂完善了"科技成果""科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化"等概念,刪除、合并了一些重復(fù)條款,還增加了"國(guó)家鼓勵(lì)研究開(kāi)發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)、高等院校與企業(yè)及其他組織開(kāi)展科技人員交流,根據(jù)專
[Abstract]:29 August At its sixteenth session, the standing Committee of the Twelfth National people's Congress adopted the decision of the standing Committee of the National people's Congress on amending the Law of the people's Republic of China on the Promotion of the Transformation of Scientific and technological achievements, and promulgated it from the Effective October 1, 2015. The newly amended "Law of the people's Republic of China on promoting the Transformation of Scientific and technological achievements" has not only revised and perfected the concepts of "scientific and technological achievements" and "transformation of scientific and technological achievements", deleted and merged some duplicate clauses, but also added "the State encourages research and development institutions." Institutions of higher learning and enterprises and other organizations carry out exchanges of scientific and technological personnel.
