【摘要】：正黨的十八大以來,黨和國家高度重視法治建設(shè),"法治是治國理政的基本方式"已經(jīng)成為時代的最強音。尤其是在"四個全面"戰(zhàn)略布局中,實現(xiàn)基本建成法治政府的目標(biāo)具有更鮮明、更直接的時代意義。2015年12月,中共中央、國務(wù)院聯(lián)合印發(fā)的《法治政府建設(shè)實施綱要(2015 2020年)》(以下簡稱"《綱要》"),既為2020年基本建成法治政府確定了明確的路線圖和施工圖,也為中國本土化行政法治
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress of the Party, the Party and the state have attached great importance to the construction of the rule of law, "rule by law is the basic way of governing the country" has become the strongest voice of the times.In particular, in the "four comprehensive" strategic layout, achieving the goal of basically establishing a government ruled by law has a clearer and more direct contemporary significance.
