【摘要】：政務(wù)微博已經(jīng)成為現(xiàn)代法治精神與政府行為方式有效結(jié)合的媒介載體,積極推動著地方法治文化與法治政府建設(shè)。選擇"@微博銀川"等政務(wù)微博為案例,分析研究政務(wù)微博的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、主要做法和基本經(jīng)驗,對提高公務(wù)人員尤其是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部的信息素質(zhì)和依法行政能力,推進地方法治文化和法治政府建設(shè)具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:Government affairs Weibo has become the media carrier of the combination of modern spirit of rule of law and government behavior, and has actively promoted the construction of local legal culture and government ruled by law.Select "@ Weibo Yinchuan" and so on government affairs Weibo as the case study, analyze and study the current situation, the main methods and the basic experience of the government affairs Weibo, improve the information quality and the ability of administration according to law of the public servants, especially the leading cadres.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to promote the culture of local rule of law and the construction of government ruled by law.
