【摘要】：目前國際上藥師已進入以患者用藥安全為中心的藥學(xué)服務(wù)發(fā)展階段,國際上普遍實行嚴格的藥師資格準入制度,以保障藥師藥學(xué)服務(wù)的勝任能力。然而,我國藥師隊伍存在職稱藥師與執(zhí)業(yè)藥師的雙軌制以及資格準入門檻低等問題。建議通過藥師立法,構(gòu)建一元化的藥師法律制度,實行藥師與藥師助理分級管理,完善藥師資格準入制度,以推動我國藥師角色向藥學(xué)服務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型。
[Abstract]:At present, pharmacists in the world have entered the stage of pharmaceutical service development with the patient drug safety as the center. The strict qualification admission system of pharmacists is generally implemented in the international community to ensure the competence of pharmacists in pharmaceutical services. There are some problems in our pharmacist team, such as the dual system of title pharmacist and licensed pharmacist, and the low threshold of qualification. It is suggested that a unified pharmacist legal system should be established through pharmacist legislation and that pharmacist and pharmacist assistant should be managed at different levels. To perfect the admission system of pharmacist qualification in order to promote the transformation of pharmacist role to pharmaceutical service.
