[Abstract]:The timely disposal of idle land according to law is of great significance to the realization of intensive and economical utilization of land. The disposal of idle land will inevitably be accompanied by the implementation of effective legal instruments. However, some provisions of the current law are not clear, such as the line between abuse of power and neglect of duty, etc. It increases the risk of the land department and its staff to carry out their duties. For this reason, the author obtains the state-owned construction by way of transfer to the land department.
