【摘要】：正《關(guān)于農(nóng)村土地征收、集體經(jīng)營(yíng)性建設(shè)用地入市、宅基地制度改革試點(diǎn)工作的意見(jiàn)》(以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)《意見(jiàn)》)出臺(tái),意味著我國(guó)農(nóng)村土地制度改革進(jìn)入全面試點(diǎn)階段。在此關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)上,正確理解和領(lǐng)會(huì)中央關(guān)于農(nóng)村土地制度改革的頂層設(shè)計(jì)和意圖,從法律層面上推進(jìn)改革試點(diǎn),至關(guān)重要。
[Abstract]:The opinions on rural land expropriation, collective management construction land entering the market, and the pilot work on the reform of the homestead system (hereinafter referred to as "opinions") have been issued. It means that the reform of rural land system in our country has entered a comprehensive pilot stage. It is very important to correctly understand and understand the top-level design and intention of the central government on the reform of rural land system and to push forward the reform pilot from the legal level.
