【摘要】：介紹和討論了化妝品中高關(guān)注物質(zhì)的概念、我國(guó)和歐盟對(duì)檢測(cè)出禁用物質(zhì)的法規(guī)要求以及安全評(píng)價(jià)方法,提出化妝品原料和雜質(zhì)的最高安全限值理論,結(jié)合實(shí)際案例對(duì)六價(jià)鉻進(jìn)行了安全評(píng)價(jià)。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces and discusses the concept of substances of high concern in cosmetics, the legal requirements and safety evaluation methods for the detection of prohibited substances in China and the European Union, and puts forward the theory of the maximum safety limit for raw materials and impurities in cosmetics. Combined with practical cases, the safety evaluation of hexavalent chromium is carried out.
