【摘要】：美國海岸警衛(wèi)隊作為美國五大武裝力量之一,其任務(wù)、職能與我國邊防部隊有很多相似之處。美國海岸警衛(wèi)隊規(guī)定了系統(tǒng)化的武力使用規(guī)范:不僅詳盡規(guī)定了隊員使用槍支的原則、條件程序,救濟制度和法律責(zé)任,并且對適用對象和情況進行分類,規(guī)定使用槍支的層級要求。對我國邊防部隊完善槍支使用制度有著一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:The U. S. Coast Guard, as one of the five largest forces in the United States, has a mission, The U.S. Coast Guard has laid down systematic norms for the use of force: not only do they specify in detail the principles, conditions and procedures for the use of firearms, relief systems and legal liability, It also classifies the applicable object and situation, prescribes the level requirement of using firearms, and has certain reference significance for our border defense troops to perfect the system of using firearms.
