【摘要】：我國目前處在改革開放的的轉(zhuǎn)型時期,也是社會風(fēng)險集聚和矛盾大爆發(fā)時期,在這種時代背景下食品安全問題直接關(guān)系著社會民生和社會穩(wěn)定,所以發(fā)現(xiàn)食品安全治理過程中的難題并找到解決辦法顯得尤為重要。我國食品安全治理的主要途徑是采用政府監(jiān)管的方式,這雖然體現(xiàn)我國的法治精神但是這種較為單一的方式并不能從根本上解決我國復(fù)雜多樣的食品安全問題,因此在借鑒發(fā)達(dá)國家治理經(jīng)驗(yàn)的同時探索出一條適合我國國情的多主體協(xié)調(diào)治理的道路具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:At present, our country is in the transition period of reform and opening up, it is also the period of social risk agglomeration and the outbreak of contradictions. Under this background, the food safety problem is directly related to the people's livelihood and social stability. Therefore, it is particularly important to find out the difficult problems in the process of food safety management and to find solutions. The main way to manage food safety in China is to adopt the way of government supervision. Although this reflects the spirit of the rule of law in our country, this relatively single way cannot fundamentally solve the complex and diverse food safety problems in our country. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to explore a way of multi-subject coordinated governance suitable for China's national conditions while drawing lessons from the experiences of developed countries.
