【摘要】：教育信息化是國家信息化的重要組成部分,對實現(xiàn)教育現(xiàn)代化、推動教育事業(yè)發(fā)展、建設(shè)智慧型和創(chuàng)新型國家等具有極其重要的作用。隨著教育信息化發(fā)展,教育信息化立法的重要性和緊迫性日益凸顯。加快制定《中國教育信息化促進法》,不僅有利于解決當(dāng)前教育信息化事業(yè)發(fā)展中的諸多現(xiàn)實問題,而且可以保障其健康、可持續(xù)發(fā)展。教育信息化立法已經(jīng)具有良好基礎(chǔ),建議借鑒國內(nèi)外信息化立法的有益經(jīng)驗,盡快制定《中國教育信息化促進法》,以更好地推動教育信息化事業(yè)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Education informatization is an important part of national informatization, which plays an extremely important role in realizing educational modernization, promoting the development of education, building intelligent and innovative country, etc. With the development of educational informatization, The importance and urgency of educational informatization legislation are becoming increasingly prominent. Speeding up the formulation of the Education Informatization Promotion Law of China is not only conducive to solving many practical problems in the current development of educational informatization, but also can guarantee its health. The legislation of education informatization has already had a good foundation. It is suggested that we should draw lessons from the beneficial experience of information legislation at home and abroad, and formulate the Promotion Law of Chinese Education Informatization as soon as possible in order to better promote the development of educational informatization.
