【摘要】：實(shí)行權(quán)力清單制度是法治政府的應(yīng)有之義,是全面深化改革的重要內(nèi)容。文章剖析了權(quán)力清單制度的主體內(nèi)涵、客體內(nèi)涵和權(quán)力清單的性質(zhì);結(jié)合當(dāng)前權(quán)力清單制度推行的實(shí)踐,分析了權(quán)力清單制度理論上和實(shí)踐中面臨的若干問(wèn)題;從更好完善權(quán)力清單制度的目的出發(fā),提出了推進(jìn)權(quán)力清單制度未來(lái)發(fā)展的方向、思路和舉措。
[Abstract]:The implementation of the power list system is the proper meaning of the government ruled by law and the important content of deepening the reform in an all-round way. This paper analyzes the subject connotation, the object connotation and the nature of the power list system. Combined with the practice of the current power list system, this paper analyzes some problems in the theory and practice of the power list system. Based on the purpose of improving the power list system, this paper puts forward the direction, train of thought and measures to promote the power list system in the future.
