[Abstract]:It is undertaking joint law enforcement special action for the implementation of the rectification scheme for the flow direction of the sea ( river ) sand in Guangdong Province and the anti - dumping rubbish in Yangjiang City on September 22 , and the joint law enforcement special action will be carried out on the sea and fishery bureau of Yangxi County , Yang Xihai prison , Yangxi Border Guard Brigade and other relevant functions . It will be carried out in the sea area of Qingbaidu in Yangjiang Port to Yangxi County .
