【摘要】：結(jié)合黨中央針對輿論問題的最新理論方針,分析當(dāng)前我國的輿論安全界定、"話語權(quán)"問題以及輿情監(jiān)測、輿論引導(dǎo)、輿論危機(jī)應(yīng)對三個(gè)要素的短板,提出以準(zhǔn)確界定輿論安全為基礎(chǔ),三個(gè)要素協(xié)調(diào)、平衡發(fā)展的現(xiàn)代化輿論安全管控體系完善途徑。
[Abstract]:Combined with the latest theoretical policy of the CPC Central Committee on public opinion, this paper analyzes the definition of public opinion security, the "right to speak" and the problems of public opinion monitoring, public opinion guidance and the crisis of public opinion in our country. Based on the accurate definition of public opinion safety, this paper puts forward a way to perfect the modern public opinion safety control system based on the coordination of the three elements and the balanced development.
