【摘要】：國(guó)家利益是國(guó)家思維和行事的必然邏輯。中國(guó)海島問(wèn)題包括臺(tái)灣問(wèn)題、爭(zhēng)議島嶼問(wèn)題和海島管理不善問(wèn)題三類,攸關(guān)國(guó)家的核心利益,關(guān)乎國(guó)家的主權(quán)、安全和領(lǐng)土完整,對(duì)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重大影響。對(duì)于海島問(wèn)題的審視,不能局限于單純的經(jīng)濟(jì)視角、社會(huì)視角或環(huán)境視角,而應(yīng)立足于宏大的戰(zhàn)略視野。為有效應(yīng)對(duì)這一問(wèn)題,有必要堅(jiān)持:內(nèi)政與外交相統(tǒng)一;發(fā)展與安全相統(tǒng)一;目標(biāo)與手段相統(tǒng)一;物質(zhì)與品格相統(tǒng)一;陸權(quán)與海權(quán)相統(tǒng)一;近海與遠(yuǎn)洋相統(tǒng)一;現(xiàn)實(shí)與未來(lái)相統(tǒng)一。
[Abstract]:The national interest is the inevitable logic of national thinking and action. The island issue in China includes the Taiwan issue, the disputed island issue and the island mismanagement problem. It concerns the core interests of the country and relates to the sovereignty of the country. Security and territorial integrity have a significant impact on the sustainable development of our country's economy and society. The survey of the island issue cannot be limited to the purely economic perspective, social perspective or environmental perspective. In order to deal with this problem effectively, it is necessary to insist on the unity of internal affairs and foreign affairs; Integration of development and security; Unity of ends and means; Unity of substance and character; The unification of land power and sea power; The unification of offshore and ocean; Reality is United with the future.
