【摘要】：正近年來(lái),信用卡犯罪呈現(xiàn)出高發(fā)、多發(fā)態(tài)勢(shì),成為當(dāng)前金融犯罪中的突出問(wèn)題,不僅擾亂了正常的金融管理秩序,還侵害了銀行消費(fèi)信貸資金與持卡人個(gè)人財(cái)產(chǎn)的安全,具有相當(dāng)?shù)纳鐣?huì)危害性。為妥善審理涉及信用卡犯罪的案件,充分發(fā)揮刑事審判職能作用,維護(hù)正常的金融管理秩序,廣東省中山市中級(jí)人民法院就信用卡犯罪問(wèn)題展開(kāi)專(zhuān)題調(diào)研,分析其特點(diǎn)和審理難點(diǎn),并提出相關(guān)建議。根據(jù)人民銀行1999年3月1
[Abstract]:In recent years, credit card crime has become a prominent problem in the current financial crime because of its high incidence and multiple occurrence. It not only disrupts the normal financial management order, but also infringes on the safety of bank consumer credit funds and the personal property of cardholders. It has considerable social harmfulness. In order to properly hear cases involving credit card crimes, give full play to the role of criminal trial, and maintain normal financial management order, the Intermediate people's Court of Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province, launched a special investigation on the issue of credit card crimes.
