【摘要】：隨著信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,網(wǎng)絡(luò)時代也不斷地升級變遷,日趨多變的侵犯信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播權(quán)的犯罪形勢對刑法保護(hù)信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播權(quán)提出了新的要求。強(qiáng)化刑法對信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播權(quán)的保護(hù)不僅是打擊侵犯網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播犯罪的需要,也是網(wǎng)絡(luò)時代發(fā)展的要求。面對新的網(wǎng)絡(luò)時代,應(yīng)選擇適宜的刑事立法模式,以加強(qiáng)刑法對信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播權(quán)的保護(hù)。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of information network communication technology, the network era is constantly upgrading and changing. The increasingly changeable crime situation of infringing the information network communication right puts forward new requirements for criminal law to protect the information network communication right. Strengthening the protection of the right of information network communication in criminal law is not only the need to combat the crime of infringing the network communication, but also the requirement of the development of the network age. In the face of the new network era, we should choose the appropriate criminal legislation mode to strengthen the protection of the information network transmission right in the criminal law.
