【摘要】：正網(wǎng)絡(luò)的普及和應(yīng)用在帶來便利的同時(shí),也引發(fā)了一個(gè)世界性的難題——網(wǎng)絡(luò)犯罪。網(wǎng)絡(luò)犯罪是指以計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)為工具或以計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)資產(chǎn)為對象,運(yùn)用網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)和知識實(shí)施的犯罪行為。網(wǎng)絡(luò)犯罪不是一個(gè)具體罪名,而是某一類犯罪的總稱,其基本類型有兩種:針對網(wǎng)絡(luò)的犯罪和網(wǎng)絡(luò)扶持的犯罪。網(wǎng)絡(luò)犯罪的表現(xiàn)形式針對網(wǎng)絡(luò)的犯罪網(wǎng)絡(luò)竊密利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)竊取科技、軍事和商業(yè)情報(bào)是網(wǎng)絡(luò)犯罪最常見的一類。當(dāng)前,通過國際信息高速公路互
