【摘要】：正陳璽,男,1976年11月生,陜西西安人,2009年在陜西師范大學(xué)歷史文化學(xué)院博士研究生畢業(yè),獲得歷史學(xué)博士學(xué)位,2009年至2011年在湘潭大學(xué)法學(xué)院從事博士后研究工作,2014年至今在中國社會(huì)科學(xué)院法學(xué)研究所從事博士后研究工作,現(xiàn)為西北政法大學(xué)刑事法學(xué)院教授,校級(jí)青年學(xué)術(shù)創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)"司法慣例與訴訟法治現(xiàn)代化研究"負(fù)責(zé)人,2016年入選西北政法大學(xué)"長安青年學(xué)者"。兼任中國法學(xué)會(huì)法治文化研究會(huì)常務(wù)理事、中國法律史學(xué)會(huì)東方法律文化分會(huì)理事、陜西省法律文化研究會(huì)常務(wù)理事、西安市法學(xué)會(huì)唐律研究會(huì)秘書長。
[Abstract]:Chen Xi, male, born in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province, born in November 1976, graduated from the School of History and Culture of Shaanxi normal University in 2009 with a doctorate in history, and engaged in postdoctoral research in the Faculty of Law of Xiangtan University from 2009 to 2011. Since 2014, he has been engaged in postdoctoral research at the Institute of Law of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. He is currently a professor at the Criminal Law School of Northwest University of political Science and Law, and is responsible for the "study on the Modernization of Judicial practices and procedural Law" of the academic innovation team at the university level. Selected in 2016 Northwest University of political Science and Law, "Changan Young Scholars." He is also the executive director of the Law Society of China, the Oriental Law and Culture Branch of the Chinese Law History Society, the Shaanxi Provincial Society of Law and Culture, and the Secretary-General of the Tang Law Society of Xi'an Law Society.
