【摘要】：近年來,國家扶貧政策性資金對加快貧困地區(qū)發(fā)展、改善扶貧對象基本生產生活條件,發(fā)揮了積極作用。但從近年檢察機關查辦案件的情況來看,扶貧等保民生資金存在虛報冒領、擠占挪用、滯留沉淀和監(jiān)管弱化等問題。本文主要對農村危房改造補助資金運作過程中職務犯罪情況進行分析。
[Abstract]:In recent years, national poverty alleviation policy funds have played a positive role in accelerating the development of poverty-stricken areas and improving the basic production and living conditions of poverty alleviation targets. However, judging from the cases investigated and handled by procuratorial organs in recent years, there are some problems such as false reports, embezzlement, precipitation and weakening of supervision and so on. This article mainly analyzes the situation of duty crime in the operation of the subsidy fund for the reconstruction of dangerous houses in rural areas.
