【摘要】：正2015年1月16日—17日,由安徽大學(xué)廉政法治協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心、安徽大學(xué)法學(xué)院、中央黨�！独碚撘曇啊冯s志社共同舉辦的"法治化反腐"高端論壇在合肥舉行。來自中國政法大學(xué)、山東大學(xué)、武漢大學(xué)、浙江大學(xué)、中國科學(xué)技術(shù)大學(xué)、南京師范大學(xué)、華東政法大學(xué)、安徽大學(xué)等高校的專家學(xué)者,及來自人民檢察院、人民法院的代表共50余人參加了會(huì)議。安徽大學(xué)紀(jì)委書記胡小松,中央黨�！独碚撘曇啊冯s志主編周炳成出席會(huì)議。會(huì)上,山東大學(xué)教授楊海坤、中國政法大學(xué)教授樊崇義、武漢大學(xué)教授陳家林分別做題為"對(duì)反腐敗斗爭(zhēng)常態(tài)化、法治化的期待""以審判為中心解讀""法治化反腐中若干刑法問題的現(xiàn)實(shí)思考"的主旨報(bào)告。楊海坤認(rèn)為反腐敗斗爭(zhēng)需要堅(jiān)持黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和法治原則,依靠國法、黨紀(jì)、道德要求三個(gè)手段,達(dá)到不敢貪、不能貪、不想貪的效
[Abstract]:From January 16 to 17, 2015, a high-level forum on "ruling by law and anti-corruption" was held in Hefei by the Center for Cooperation and Innovation on the Rule of Law of Anhui University, the School of Law of Anhui University, and the Central Party School's "theoretical Vision" magazine. Experts and scholars from China University of political Science and Law, Shandong University, Wuhan University, Zhejiang University, China University of Science and Technology, Nanjing normal University, East China University of political Science and Law, Anhui University, and from the people's Procuratorate, More than 50 people's court representatives attended the meeting. Hu Xiaosong, secretary of the discipline Inspection Commission of Anhui University, Zhou Bingcheng, editor-in-chief of the Central Party School's Theory Horizon, attended the meeting. At the meeting, Yang Haikun, a professor at Shandong University, Fan Chongyi, a professor at the China University of political Science and Law, and Chen Jialin, a professor at Wuhan University, respectively, made the topic "normalization of the fight against corruption." The main theme report of the expectation of the rule of law is to interpret "some problems of criminal law in corruption by law" with trial as the center. Yang Haikun believes that the anti-corruption struggle needs to adhere to the Party's leadership and the principle of the rule of law, rely on the three means of state law, party discipline, and moral requirements to achieve the effect of not being greedy, not greedy, and not wanting to corrupt.
