[Abstract]:In recent years, there have been vicious incidents such as "false education", "tampering with identity information", "loss of archives", "obstructed access to relevant persons' files" and so on. Since 2006, the Beijing Municipal Archives Bureau and the Haidian District Archives Bureau have investigated and dealt with the missing staff and workers' files one after another. There were 8 illegal cases, such as the loss of documents, alteration of medical records, falsification of personnel files and unauthorized destruction of planning files. There are problems and defects in archives work in our country, people begin to complain about the lack of relevant archives laws and regulations, and denounce the lack of rigid protection of the archives law in 1987 (amended in 1996).
