【摘要】：近年來(lái),暴力恐怖主義犯罪已經(jīng)對(duì)我國(guó)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定構(gòu)成嚴(yán)重威脅。當(dāng)前學(xué)界對(duì)恐怖主義犯罪偏重于刑事立法、司法及刑事政策等問(wèn)題的理論考察,忽視了對(duì)涉恐犯罪人的矯正制度研究。從我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段涉恐犯罪人的極端化特征出發(fā)可以看出,我國(guó)矯正制度還存在諸多局限與不足。在我國(guó)當(dāng)前的社會(huì)背景下,應(yīng)該積極創(chuàng)新涉恐犯罪人監(jiān)禁矯正與社區(qū)矯正的矯正方案,使其對(duì)涉恐犯罪人的有效改造發(fā)揮更為積極的作用,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)恐怖主義犯罪的有效預(yù)防。
[Abstract]:In recent years, violent terrorist crime has posed a serious threat to the social stability of our country. At present, the academic circle pays more attention to the criminal legislation, the judicature and the criminal policy and so on, neglects the research on the correction system of the terrorist offenders. From the extreme characteristics of the terrorist offenders at present in China, we can see that there are still many limitations and deficiencies in the correction system of our country. In the current social background of our country, we should actively innovate the correction programs of imprisonment and community correction for terrorist offenders, so that they can play a more active role in the effective reform of terrorist offenders. In order to achieve the effective prevention of terrorist crimes.
