【摘要】：國際交流的加強(qiáng),帶來了跨境貿(mào)易的增多,海外代購成為當(dāng)下跨境小額貿(mào)易的一種新方式。然而,在個別海外代購走私案件的影響下,不難發(fā)現(xiàn)這種貿(mào)易新方式背后蘊(yùn)含的法律問題。因此,要運(yùn)用刑法手段規(guī)制海外代購行為。
[Abstract]:With the strengthening of international exchange, cross-border trade has increased, and overseas purchasing has become a new way of cross-border small trade. However, under the influence of individual overseas purchase smuggling cases, it is not difficult to find the legal problems behind this new way of trading. Therefore, the use of criminal law means to regulate overseas purchase behavior.
