【摘要】：在當今社會,父母虐待兒童的情況屢見不鮮。雖然聽起來離我們的生活很遙遠,但是對于這種情況,我們也不能視而不見。為了更好的解決兒童人身權利被侵害的問題,論文將結合國內現實情況,提出解決意見。論文采取的主要方法是對比研究法。通過全面的搜集和分析問題,指出現行法律在父母虐待兒童方面的不足。兒童處于容易受到傷害的年紀,對兒童要從各個方面進行保護,以讓兒童不再受非法的侵害。
[Abstract]:In today's society, the abuse of children by parents is common.Although it may sound distant from our lives, we should not turn a blind eye to this situation.In order to better solve the problem of children's personal rights infringed, the paper will combine with the domestic reality and put forward some suggestions.The main method adopted in this paper is comparative research.Through a comprehensive collection and analysis of the problems, pointed out the shortcomings of the existing law in the abuse of children by parents.Children are at a vulnerable age and should be protected from illegal practices.
