【摘要】：正大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)是在以信息化方式記錄大量交易、信用等數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上,通過云計算等技術(shù)專業(yè)化分析處理數(shù)據(jù),總結(jié)現(xiàn)狀,預(yù)測未來,并據(jù)此提出對策的技術(shù)。由于職務(wù)犯罪偵查中涉及大量的數(shù)據(jù),如何構(gòu)建職務(wù)犯罪偵查大數(shù)據(jù)庫并服務(wù)于偵查需要,成為檢察機關(guān)面臨的機遇,同時也是一種挑戰(zhàn)。在此,筆者通過對職務(wù)犯罪大數(shù)據(jù)庫構(gòu)建的可行性分析,探討職務(wù)犯罪大數(shù)據(jù)庫內(nèi)容設(shè)置
[Abstract]:Zhengda data technology is based on recording a large number of transactions, credit and other data in the way of information, through specialized analysis and processing of data through cloud computing and other technologies, summarizes the current situation, forecasts the future, and puts forward countermeasures accordingly.Due to the large amount of data involved in the investigation of job-related crimes, how to construct a large database of the investigation of job-related crimes and serve the needs of investigation has become an opportunity and a challenge for the procuratorial organs at the same time.In this paper, the author analyzes the feasibility of constructing the large database of duty crime, and probes into the content setting of the large database of duty crime.
