【摘要】：近年來,我國虐待兒童惡性事件層出不窮,一系列虐童事件背后,無疑暴露出部分人性的泯滅和刑法規(guī)制的疏漏。"虐待兒童罪"成為整個社會所關(guān)注和談?wù)摰慕裹c核心問題,人們在爭議的過程中,重點關(guān)心虐待兒童罪的量刑方法和實施模式�；诖�,本文筆者對虐待兒童行為刑法規(guī)制問題做一系統(tǒng)、全面的研究和探討。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the vicious incidents of child abuse in our country have emerged one after another. Behind a series of child abuse incidents, there is no doubt that part of humanity is devoid of human nature and the omissions of criminal law regulation. "Child abuse crime" has become the focus of attention and discussion of the whole society. In the process of controversy, people focus on the sentencing method and implementation mode of the crime of child abuse. Based on this, the author makes a systematic, comprehensive research and discussion on the criminal law regulation of child abuse.
