【摘要】：正2014年以來(lái),非法集資案件高位攀升,大案要案頻發(fā)。對(duì)此,黨中央、國(guó)務(wù)院高度重視,2015年專(zhuān)門(mén)下發(fā)了《國(guó)務(wù)院關(guān)于進(jìn)一步做好防范和處置非法集資工作的意見(jiàn)》(國(guó)發(fā)[2015]59號(hào)),并召開(kāi)電視電話(huà)會(huì)議進(jìn)行全面部署。2016年4月27日,處置非法集資部際聯(lián)席會(huì)議成員單位在銀監(jiān)會(huì)召開(kāi)"防范和處置非法集資法律政策宣傳座談會(huì)",研究貫徹落實(shí)《意見(jiàn)》,啟動(dòng)2016年全國(guó)防范非法集資宣傳月活動(dòng),并宣布下半年開(kāi)始打擊非法集資專(zhuān)項(xiàng)整治行動(dòng)。
[Abstract]:Since 2014, the high level of illegal fund-raising cases has risen, and major and important cases have occurred frequently. In this regard, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to this. On 2015, the State Council issued the "opinions of the State Council on further efforts to prevent and deal with illegal fund-raising" (. [59 / 2015 and videoconference call for full deployment. April 27th 2016. Member units of the Joint Inter-Ministerial meeting on handling illegal fundraising held a "forum on prevention and handling of illegal fund-raising laws and policies" at the CBRC to study and implement the "opinions." On 2016, the National campaign to prevent illegal raising funds was launched, and it was announced that the special campaign against illegal fund-raising would begin in the second half of the year.
