【摘要】：隨著中國(guó)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,侵害消費(fèi)者權(quán)益的事件頻發(fā)。在現(xiàn)有的維護(hù)消費(fèi)者權(quán)益的機(jī)制不完善的情況下,由檢察機(jī)關(guān)介入消費(fèi)公益訴訟的呼聲漸趨高漲。因此,有必要借鑒國(guó)外比較健全的消費(fèi)公益訴訟模式,嘗試在訴訟制度層面構(gòu)建起檢察機(jī)關(guān)提起消費(fèi)公益訴訟的模式,進(jìn)而有效保護(hù)消費(fèi)者的合法權(quán)益。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Chinese society and economy, the incidents of infringing on consumers' rights and interests occur frequently. Under the imperfect mechanism of protecting consumer's rights and interests, the voice of public interest litigation by procuratorial organ is rising. Therefore, it is necessary to draw lessons from the relatively sound foreign consumer public interest litigation mode, try to establish a prosecution system in the level of consumer public interest litigation mode, and effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.
