【摘要】：刑事司法價值觀教育在思想政治教育中具有重要地位和價值。刑事司法價值觀教育應包括概述、類型及演變三方面內容。首先要明確刑事司法價值觀的含義、特征和本質,其次,要劃分刑事司法價值觀的四種類型,包括懲罰犯罪司法價值觀、保障人權司法價值觀、實體真實司法價值觀和程序正當司法價值觀。我國的刑事司法價值觀正在經歷由片面強調實體真實到程序獨立價值的獲得、由片面強調懲罰犯罪到懲罰犯罪與保障人權并重的演變。
[Abstract]:The value education of criminal justice plays an important role in ideological and political education. The value education of criminal justice should include three aspects: summary, type and evolution. First of all, we should make clear the meaning, characteristics and essence of the value of criminal justice. Secondly, we should divide the four types of the value of criminal justice, including punishing the value of criminal justice and safeguarding the value of human rights. Real judicial values and due process judicial values. The value of criminal justice in our country is undergoing the evolution from one-sided emphasis on entity truth to procedural independent value, from one-sided emphasis on punishing crime to punishing crime and safeguarding human rights.
