【摘要】：隊(duì)伍建設(shè)是檢察事業(yè)的基石,教育培訓(xùn)則是加強(qiáng)隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的重要途徑,也是員額制改革后檢察官精英化的內(nèi)在要求。傳統(tǒng)模式下大陸檢察官在職培訓(xùn)存在培訓(xùn)種類缺乏、在職法律碩士教育功能不彰、培訓(xùn)模式單一、培訓(xùn)覆蓋面不足等問題。在比較借鑒臺(tái)灣地區(qū)相關(guān)制度的基礎(chǔ)上,汲取其有益成分,構(gòu)建符合大陸實(shí)際的檢察官在職研修制度以提升隊(duì)伍素質(zhì),具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:Team building is the cornerstone of procuratorial career, education and training is an important way to strengthen the building of the team, and is also the inherent requirement of the procurator's excellence after the post system reform. In the traditional mode, there are some problems such as lack of training types, lack of in-service legal master's education function, single training mode and insufficient training coverage. On the basis of comparing and drawing lessons from the relevant systems in Taiwan, it is of great practical significance to construct the on-the-job research system of procurators in line with the actual situation in the mainland in order to improve the quality of the team.
