【摘要】：檢察技術(shù)工作是檢察機(jī)關(guān)作好監(jiān)管工作的最有力的依托,然而我國(guó)檢察機(jī)關(guān)的技術(shù)工作目前存在很多困境,只有分析出困境存在的因素、利用有效的對(duì)策擺脫困境,才能提高檢察技術(shù)人員的技術(shù)水平、并且讓檢察技術(shù)人員愿意積極的投入到檢察技術(shù)工作中,從而我國(guó)檢察機(jī)構(gòu)的監(jiān)督水平才能提高。
[Abstract]:The procuratorial technical work is the most powerful support for the procuratorial organs to do a good job of supervision. However, there are many difficulties in the technical work of the procuratorial organs in our country at present. Only by analyzing the factors of the difficulties and using effective countermeasures to get rid of the difficulties, In order to improve the technical level of the procuratorial technicians and let the procuratorial technicians be willing to actively participate in the procuratorial technical work, the supervision level of the procuratorial organs in China can be improved.
