【摘要】：正2016年12月23日,最高人民法院、最高人民檢察院(以下簡稱"兩高")聯(lián)合出臺了《關(guān)于辦理環(huán)境污染刑事案件適用法律若干問題的解釋》(以下簡稱《解釋》),自2017年1月1日起施行。《解釋》針對司法實踐中的新情況新問題,對2013年"兩高"《關(guān)于辦理環(huán)境污染刑事案件適用法律若干問題的解釋》(以下簡稱《2013年解釋》)進行了修改完善,進一步明確了環(huán)境污染犯罪的有關(guān)法律適用問
[Abstract]:On December 23, 2016, the Supreme people's Court, The Supreme people's Procuratorate (hereinafter referred to as "the two High levels") has jointly issued the interpretation of certain issues concerning the applicable Law in handling Criminal cases of Environmental pollution (hereinafter referred to as "interpretation"), which will come into effect on January 1, 2017. New situations and problems in judicial practice, The "two High level" in 2013 "on the environmental pollution criminal cases applicable to the interpretation of a number of legal issues" (hereinafter referred to as "2013 explanation") has been revised and perfected, and further clarified the environmental pollution crime of the relevant legal application of the question.
