【摘要】：正"開(kāi)放、動(dòng)態(tài)、透明、便民"是黨的十八屆四中全會(huì)審議通過(guò)的《中共中央關(guān)于全面推進(jìn)依法治國(guó)若干重大問(wèn)題的決定》對(duì)檢務(wù)公開(kāi)的要求。通過(guò)檢務(wù)公開(kāi)窗口進(jìn)行場(chǎng)所公開(kāi),將辦案機(jī)關(guān)向人民群眾適度開(kāi)放,是解決人民群眾訴求難、體現(xiàn)辦案透明的前提和重要內(nèi)容。習(xí)近平總書(shū)記在十八屆中共中央政治局第一次集體學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)強(qiáng)調(diào):"我們要適應(yīng)新形勢(shì)下群眾工作新特點(diǎn)新要求,深入做好組織群眾、
[Abstract]:Being "open, dynamic, transparent, and convenient to the people" is the requirement of the CPC Central Committee's decision on comprehensively promoting governing the country according to Law to be open to the public, which was deliberated and adopted by the fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee. It is the premise and important content to open the place through the open window of procuratorial affairs to open the organ of handling cases to the masses of the people moderately, which is the precondition and important content of solving the difficulty of the people's demands and embodying the transparency of handling cases. General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed during the first collective study of the political Bureau of the 18th CPC Central Committee: "We must adapt to the new characteristics and new requirements of mass work under the new situation and do a good job in organizing the masses in depth."
