【摘要】：正歷史上自貢因鹽聚人建城,井鹽發(fā)達(dá)�？箲�(zhàn)時(shí)期自貢為后方重鎮(zhèn),井鹽承系國(guó)家安危,但難免鹽業(yè)糾紛擾亂。所以這要求自貢地方法院司法者積極發(fā)揮作用,妥善處理鹽業(yè)糾紛案件。應(yīng)當(dāng)說(shuō)自貢地方法院的司法工作是不容懈怠的,司法者責(zé)
[Abstract]:In history, Zigong built a city because of salt gathering and developed well salt. During the War of Resistance against Japan, Zigong was an important rear town, and the security of the country was in danger, but it was inevitable that disputes in the salt industry would be disturbed. Therefore, this required the judicial personnel of the local courts of Zigong to play an active role. It should be said that the judicial work of the Zigong District Court should not be slacked, and the judiciary should be held responsible.
