【摘要】：正 為正確審理涉及會計師事務(wù)所在審計業(yè)務(wù)活動中的民事侵權(quán)賠償案件.維護社會公共利益和相關(guān)當(dāng)事人的合法權(quán)益,最高人民法院于2001年5月起開始起草制定新的關(guān)于審理涉及會計師事務(wù)所審計侵權(quán)賠償責(zé)任案件的司法解釋。經(jīng)過深人調(diào)研、充分討論和反復(fù)論證,2007年6月4日,最高人民法院審判委員會第1428次會議通過了法釋
[Abstract]:In order to correctly hear the accounting firm in the audit business activities in the civil tort compensation cases. In order to safeguard the public interest and the legitimate rights and interests of the parties concerned, the Supreme people's Court began to draft and formulate a new judicial interpretation for the trial of cases involving audit tort liability of accounting firms since May 2001. After in-depth investigation, full discussion and repeated argumentation, on 4 June 2007, the trial Committee of the Supreme people's Court adopted the interpretation of the law at its 1428th meeting.
