【摘要】：分配作為一種經(jīng)濟(jì)現(xiàn)象與法律有著密切的關(guān)系。法律在分配關(guān)系的產(chǎn)生、變動和消滅過程中發(fā)揮著重要作用。法律介入分配關(guān)系具有層次性和協(xié)調(diào)性,包括憲法、民商法、行政法和經(jīng)濟(jì)法等在內(nèi)的不同法律部門,都從各自的角度調(diào)整著分配關(guān)系,共同維護(hù)著一個國家的社會分配秩序。
[Abstract]:As an economic phenomenon, distribution is closely related to law. Law plays an important role in the generation, change and elimination of distribution relationship. Legal intervention in distribution relations has the characteristics of hierarchy and coordination. Different legal departments, including constitution, civil and commercial law, administrative law and economic law, all adjust the distribution relationship from their respective angles and jointly maintain the social distribution order of a country.
