【摘要】：正一、商法課程的歷史演變中國的商法制度、商法理論和商法實踐正在持續(xù)地發(fā)展之中,商法課程的地位、結(jié)構(gòu)和原理體系也在不斷地探索、嘗試和變革之中。由于歷史和現(xiàn)實的復(fù)雜原因,商法課程在中國經(jīng)歷了從無到有、從外國法到中國法、從民商合一到民商分立、從整體商法到部門商法、從選修到必修、從簡單到豐富的快速發(fā)展過程。
[Abstract]:First, the historical evolution of the commercial law course, the commercial law system, the commercial law theory and the commercial law practice are continuously developing, the position, the structure and the principle system of the commercial law course are also constantly exploring, trying and reforming. For the complicated reasons of history and reality, the course of commercial law has experienced from nothing to existence in China, from foreign law to Chinese law, from the integration of civil and commercial affairs to the separation of civil and commercial affairs, from the whole commercial law to the department commercial law, from elective to compulsory course. From simple to rich rapid development process.
