多重改良Logistic模型在磷酸電位滴定的離解平衡常數(shù)計算中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:基于磷酸電位滴定實驗常用切線法、一階微商法及二階微商內(nèi)插法等進(jìn)行實驗數(shù)據(jù)處理并計算磷酸離解平衡常數(shù)的煩瑣與不準(zhǔn)確性,提出一種與實驗數(shù)據(jù)有高度吻合性的多重改良Logistic模型,應(yīng)用優(yōu)化求解得最佳函數(shù)表達(dá)式,解此函數(shù)一階導(dǎo)數(shù)極大值點并計算得磷酸滴定半中和點,結(jié)合離解平衡常數(shù)校正公式最終得出了磷酸的離解平衡常數(shù)的各級pKa值,與文獻(xiàn)結(jié)果相一致.另外,減少部分實驗數(shù)據(jù)后應(yīng)用模型處理并計算pKa值,所得結(jié)論仍具有一致性,從而提高了實驗效率。
[Abstract]:Based on the triviality and inaccuracy of the tangent method, the first derivative method and the second derivative interpolation method commonly used in the potentiometric titration of phosphoric acid, a multiple improved Logistic model which is highly consistent with the experimental data is proposed. The optimum function expression is obtained by optimization and the function is solved. The maximum point of the first derivative is calculated and the half-neutral point of the titration of phosphoric acid is calculated. The pKa values of the dissociation equilibrium constants of phosphoric acid are obtained by combining with the correction formula of the dissociation equilibrium constants, which are consistent with the results in the literature. Experimental efficiency.
