【摘要】：正1.中國(guó)海商法協(xié)會(huì)于2013年5月9日下午召開了十三屆二次常務(wù)理事會(huì)。會(huì)議討論并通過了人保集團(tuán)恢復(fù)其主席身份以及增替部分理事、設(shè)立專項(xiàng)基金、海事法院成立30周年紀(jì)念活動(dòng)、中國(guó)潛水打撈行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)展會(huì)協(xié)辦單位等事宜,并決定關(guān)于協(xié)會(huì)專業(yè)委員會(huì)去留問題、章程修改等未決事宜待下次會(huì)議繼續(xù)討論。2.中國(guó)海商法協(xié)會(huì)于2014年5月9日下午在北京召開了第十三屆二次會(huì)員代表大會(huì)暨理事會(huì),近120
[Abstract]:Regular 1. On the afternoon of May 9, 2013, the China Maritime Law Association held the 13 th second standing Council. The meeting discussed and approved the restoration of PICC's chairmanship, the replacement of some directors, the establishment of a special fund, the commemoration of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the maritime court, and the co-organizing units of the exhibition of the China diving and fishing Industry Association. And decided to continue to discuss the issue of whether or not the professional committee of the association, articles of association and other outstanding issues to be discussed at the next meeting.
