【摘要】：正 新瀉大學(xué)法律學(xué)系最初作為人文學(xué)系法律學(xué)專(zhuān)科于1965年創(chuàng)立。1975年增設(shè)了研究生院法律學(xué)研究科(碩士課程)。1977年改稱(chēng)法文學(xué)系法律學(xué)專(zhuān)科,1980年4月1日正式獨(dú)立成為法律學(xué)系。 1980年參考了當(dāng)時(shí)西德進(jìn)行的法律學(xué)教學(xué)改革的經(jīng)驗(yàn),采取“大講座制”。設(shè)置了公法(公法原論、憲法、行政法、自治體法、教育文化法)、民事法(民法、民事訴訟法、破產(chǎn)法)、經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)法(商法、經(jīng)濟(jì)法、社會(huì)法、國(guó)際法)、刑事法(刑法、刑事訴訟法、刑事學(xué))、政治社會(huì)學(xué)(政治學(xué)原
[Abstract]:The Department of Law of Niigata University was originally established in 1965 as the Faculty of legal Studies of the Department of Human Literature. In 1975, the Graduate School of Law was added to the Department of Law Studies (Master's degree). In 1977, it was renamed the Faculty of Law and Literature, and on April 1, 1980, it was officially independent. He became a department of law. In 1980, referring to the experience of law teaching reform carried out in West Germany at that time, the "big lecture system" was adopted.
