【摘要】:為評(píng)價(jià)廣東沿海牡蠣體鎘(Cd)含量的時(shí)空分布特征及其食用健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn),實(shí)驗(yàn)根據(jù)2001—2010年廣東17個(gè)海灣的牡蠣體Cd含量監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果及1989—1999年的歷史數(shù)據(jù),分析了廣東沿海總體及粵東、珠江口、粵西3大海區(qū)牡蠣體鎘含量的時(shí)空分布特征;并采用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)商法評(píng)價(jià)其健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。1989—2010年廣東沿海累計(jì)268頻次的監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果表明:牡蠣體Cd含量變化范圍為未檢出~10.80 mg/kg(均值1.14 mg/kg,以濕重表示,下同),檢出率97.01%;其中98.64%符合中國(guó)、美國(guó)牡蠣體或貝類(lèi)的Cd含量限量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(≤4 mg/kg)。珠江口海域達(dá)標(biāo)率為三大海域最低(86.5%),是今后生物監(jiān)測(cè)與海洋環(huán)境管理的重點(diǎn)。2001—2010年牡蠣體Cd含量的健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)依次為兒童-青少年(5~17歲)老年人(60歲以上)成年人(18~59歲);連續(xù)食用廣東沿海牡蠣10年,其Cd含量在70年內(nèi)不會(huì)對(duì)人體構(gòu)成Cd攝入過(guò)量的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
[Abstract]:In order to evaluate the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of cadmium and cadmium (CD) content in oysters and their food health risks, the results of CD monitoring in oyster bodies from 2001 to 2010 and historical data from 1989 to 1999 were studied. The temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of cadmium content in oyster bodies in the coastal areas of Guangdong and in the eastern part of Guangdong, the Pearl River Estuary and the western part of Guangdong were analyzed.
