【摘要】：正 1949年10月1日中華人民共和國的成立,掀開了中華民族發(fā)展史嶄新的一頁。五十多年來,在中國共產(chǎn)黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,中國的經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、文化、社會生活等等領(lǐng)域都發(fā)生了翻天覆地的變化。與此相適應(yīng),新中國的法制建設(shè)也經(jīng)歷了一系的變革,步入良性發(fā)展的軌道。在這當(dāng)中,民商法律制度建設(shè)所取得的成就是十分突出的。新中國的民商法作為我國法律制度中重要的部門法之一,作為調(diào)整平等主體之間的財產(chǎn)關(guān)系和人身關(guān)系的法律制度,在中國共產(chǎn)黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)億萬中國人民從傳統(tǒng)的農(nóng)業(yè)社會向工業(yè)社會邁進(jìn),在全方
[Abstract]:The founding of the people's Republic of China on October 1, 1949 opened a new page in the history of the Chinese nation.Over the past 50 years, under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, China's economy, politics, culture, social life and other fields have undergone earth-shaking changes.In accordance with this, the construction of new China's legal system has undergone a series of changes and entered the track of benign development.Among them, the achievements in the construction of civil and commercial legal system are very outstanding.The Civil and Commercial Law of the people's Republic of China is one of the most important branch laws in the legal system of our country, and it is the legal system of adjusting the property and personal relations between the equal subjects.Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, hundreds of millions of Chinese people have moved from a traditional agricultural society to an industrial society.
