【摘要】：伴隨著國家市場經(jīng)濟體系的深入推進,市場誠實信用逐漸成為了社會關注的重點話題,加之頻頻發(fā)生信用問題,使得市場經(jīng)濟中誠實信用矛盾和問題紛紛暴露出來,要保證市場經(jīng)濟的穩(wěn)定持續(xù)發(fā)展,使社會信用體系構建起來,為此,加強民商法中誠實信用原則的完善成為關鍵,本文基于市場經(jīng)濟體系下,對誠實信用原則內(nèi)涵進行了再認識,同時對完善路徑進行了探索。
[Abstract]:With the further development of the national market economy system, the market honesty and credit has gradually become a key topic of social concern. In addition, the frequent occurrence of credit problems has exposed the contradictions and problems of honesty and credit in the market economy. In order to ensure the stable and sustainable development of the market economy and build up the social credit system, it is the key to strengthen the perfection of the principle of good faith in the civil and commercial law. The connotation of the principle of good faith is reunderstood, and the perfect path is explored at the same time.
