自適應(yīng)信道化濾波與調(diào)制識(shí)別技術(shù)研究與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:基于軟件無(wú)線電架構(gòu)的數(shù)字接收技術(shù)因其靈活性高、可復(fù)用性強(qiáng)等優(yōu)點(diǎn)廣泛應(yīng)用于通信信號(hào)接收領(lǐng)域。本文重點(diǎn)針對(duì)軟件無(wú)線電前端技術(shù)中的信道化濾波和后端技術(shù)中的自動(dòng)調(diào)制識(shí)別及參數(shù)估計(jì)技術(shù)展開(kāi)研究,并在信號(hào)處理平臺(tái)上完成了相關(guān)算法和理論的系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)。主要完成的工作和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)包括以下幾個(gè)方面:1.分析討論了軟件無(wú)線電接收技術(shù)中的基本理論,針對(duì)中頻數(shù)字信號(hào)接收的預(yù)處理環(huán)節(jié)——數(shù)字下變頻技術(shù),以采樣率變換三級(jí)結(jié)構(gòu)為代表,進(jìn)行了理論分析、基于FPGA的系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)以及各級(jí)數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果的譜分析,總結(jié)了實(shí)際接收機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)應(yīng)遵循的數(shù)字下變頻多級(jí)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則。2.針對(duì)時(shí)變均勻分布的中頻多路信號(hào)動(dòng)態(tài)盲接收問(wèn)題,首先提出了一種基于FPGA的動(dòng)態(tài)信道化內(nèi)核設(shè)計(jì)方案,其子信道數(shù)目、子信道階數(shù)及原型濾波器系數(shù)均動(dòng)態(tài)可配置,對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)原理、設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了分析介紹,通過(guò)Modelsim仿真及板上測(cè)試驗(yàn)證了其正確性。以此內(nèi)核為基礎(chǔ),又提出了一種動(dòng)態(tài)盲接收算法,可以在缺乏先驗(yàn)信息的條件下,對(duì)均勻分布的時(shí)變中頻多路信號(hào)進(jìn)行分信道接收,包含無(wú)盲區(qū)接收、頻譜拼接、參數(shù)估計(jì)及校正接收等環(huán)節(jié),對(duì)各環(huán)節(jié)的理論依據(jù)進(jìn)行了分析推導(dǎo),在課題信號(hào)處理平臺(tái)上對(duì)該算法進(jìn)行了仿真及實(shí)現(xiàn)。3.針對(duì)衰落信道下MFSK信號(hào)的符號(hào)速率估計(jì)問(wèn)題,提出了一種基于小波脊線特征的符號(hào)速率估計(jì)算法,包含小波脊線提取、脊線濾波、過(guò)零點(diǎn)間隔聚類等環(huán)節(jié),對(duì)各步的理論依據(jù)進(jìn)行了數(shù)學(xué)推導(dǎo)。仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,該算法能夠有效克服多普勒頻移、多徑效應(yīng)對(duì)符號(hào)速率估計(jì)的影響,獲得了較高的估計(jì)精度。4.針對(duì)多徑信道下通信信號(hào)的自動(dòng)調(diào)制識(shí)別問(wèn)題,首先在小波脊線的研究基礎(chǔ)上,提出了一種MFSK和幅相調(diào)制信號(hào)的類間識(shí)別算法,相比傳統(tǒng)算法,該算法在低信噪比多徑信道下獲得了較高的識(shí)別率,然后又提出了一種基于高階累積量的幅相調(diào)制信號(hào)識(shí)別算法,該算法通過(guò)高階累積量計(jì)算、非線性方程組構(gòu)建以及迭代求解等途徑,能夠有效對(duì)信道干擾因子進(jìn)行估計(jì),相比目前的四階矩商法,減小了信道因子分布對(duì)識(shí)別性能的影響,魯棒性強(qiáng)。5.在課題信號(hào)處理平臺(tái)上,完成了數(shù)字下變頻、信道化濾波以及調(diào)制識(shí)別功能模塊的構(gòu)建,對(duì)整體系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了性能測(cè)試。測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,數(shù)字下變頻和信道化濾波模塊能夠穩(wěn)定的按照配置參數(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)采樣率變換、譜搬移及分信道濾波,調(diào)制識(shí)別模塊正確完成了測(cè)試信號(hào)的調(diào)制方式鑒別,達(dá)到預(yù)期效果。
[Abstract]:Digital receiving technology based on software radio architecture has high flexibility, The advantages of strong reusability are widely used in the field of communication signal reception. This paper focuses on the channelization filtering in the front-end technology of software radio and the automatic modulation identification and parameter estimation in the back-end technology. And complete the system realization of related algorithms and theories on the signal processing platform. The main work and innovation include the following aspects: 1.The basic theory of software radio receiving technology is analyzed and discussed. In view of the pre-processing link of if digital signal reception-digital down-conversion technology, taking the three-level structure of sampling rate transformation as the representative, the system realization based on FPGA and the spectral analysis of the data result at all levels are carried out. In order to solve the problem of dynamic blind reception of if multi-channel signals with time-varying and uniform distribution, a dynamic channelized kernel design scheme based on FPGA is proposed. The number of subchannels, the order of subchannels and the coefficients of prototype filters are all dynamically configurable. The design principle and design structure are analyzed and introduced. The correctness of the design is verified by Modelsim simulation and on-board test. In this paper, a dynamic blind reception algorithm is proposed, which can receive time-varying if multi-channel signals with uniform distribution without prior information, including blind area free reception, spectrum splicing, parameter estimation and correction reception, etc. The theoretical basis of each link is analyzed and deduced, and the algorithm is simulated and realized on the platform of signal processing. 3. Aiming at the symbol rate estimation problem of MFSK signal in fading channel, A symbol rate estimation algorithm based on wavelet ridge feature is proposed, which includes wavelet ridge extraction, ridge filtering and clustering after 00:00. The theoretical basis of each step is derived. The algorithm can effectively overcome the influence of Doppler frequency shift and multipath effect on symbol rate estimation, and obtain a high estimation accuracy .4. aiming at the problem of automatic modulation recognition of communication signals in multipath channels, first of all, based on the research of wavelet ridges, In this paper, an inter-class recognition algorithm for MFSK and amplitude-phase modulation signals is proposed. Compared with the traditional algorithm, the algorithm achieves a higher recognition rate in low SNR multipath channels. Then, an amplitude and phase modulation signal recognition algorithm based on high order cumulants is proposed. This algorithm can effectively estimate the channel interference factor through the calculation of high order cumulants, the construction of nonlinear equations and iterative solution. Compared with the current fourth-order moment quotient method, the influence of channel factor distribution on the recognition performance is reduced. 5. On the signal processing platform, the digital downconversion, channelization filtering and modulation recognition function modules are constructed. The performance of the whole system is tested. The results show that the digital down-conversion and channelization module can realize the sampling rate conversion, spectral shift and sub-channel filtering stably according to the configuration parameters. The modulation recognition module correctly completes the modulation identification of the test signal and achieves the desired effect.
