【摘要】：大數(shù)據(jù)環(huán)境下,一些高校與校外企業(yè)任意對大學(xué)生個(gè)人信息加以處理與利用,這引發(fā)了信息安全的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)并侵害了大學(xué)生的人格利益。我國有必要借鑒美國與歐盟的經(jīng)驗(yàn),強(qiáng)化對大學(xué)生權(quán)益的保護(hù),培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生的信息安全意識并加強(qiáng)對相關(guān)信息管理人員的監(jiān)管,以此來應(yīng)對風(fēng)險(xiǎn),并彰顯高校教育與管理工作所應(yīng)有的人格關(guān)懷理念。
[Abstract]:Under the environment of big data, some colleges and universities and out-of-school enterprises arbitrarily deal with and make use of the personal information of college students, which leads to the risk of information security and infringes on the personality interests of college students. It is necessary for our country to draw lessons from the experience of the United States and the European Union, strengthen the protection of the rights and interests of college students, cultivate the awareness of information security of college students and strengthen the supervision of relevant information managers, so as to deal with the risks and highlight the concept of personality care for education and management in colleges and universities.
