【摘要】：移動(dòng)信息時(shí)代,公共信息資源服務(wù)平臺(tái)正向移動(dòng)端App過(guò)渡,但其服務(wù)社會(huì)大眾的非營(yíng)利本質(zhì)卻并未改變,這意味著公共信息資源App對(duì)用戶(hù)隱私侵犯理應(yīng)具有天然免疫性。相關(guān)研究結(jié)果顯示,即使對(duì)于公共圖書(shū)館這樣的公益性服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)的App而言,也同樣存在隱私侵犯風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。進(jìn)一步地與大學(xué)圖書(shū)館對(duì)比,公共圖書(shū)館App向用戶(hù)索取了更多正當(dāng)權(quán)限,原因可能在于二者在服務(wù)群體、資金投入方面的不同以及外部有效監(jiān)管的缺失。
[Abstract]:In the mobile information age, the public information resource service platform is transitioning to the mobile App, but its non-profit nature of serving the public has not changed, which means that the public information resource App should be naturally immune to the privacy invasion of users. The results show that there is a risk of privacy invasion even for App, a public welfare service such as a public library. Compared with the university library, the public library App requests more legitimate authority from the users, which may be due to the differences in service groups, capital investment and the lack of external effective supervision.
